I am a proud Bedford resident since 2004. You may have seen me at the football games enjoying my daughter’s band performance, or on the soccer sidelines watching my son play. My husband is a Physician Assistant and we met in college while he was helping to teach our class CPR. I am a graduate of Quinnipiac University and have been a physical therapist for over 25 years. My main focus has been out patient rehabilitation, working with many different orthopedic injuries. I received my dry needling certification from Integrative Dry Needling, and have been amazed at the results, which is why I am passionate about sharing this healing technique with you. Now, more than ever, we realize how important our health is, and staying active is key. Dry needling helps with injury recovery so you can begin or maintain a healthy lifestyle.
